Baldur's Siblings and Abilities

Abilities:
Projections - The ability to project an image of herself to distract her opponent
Water Control - The ability to control water and can use the ability to heal if she chooses to.
Kingsley (Male)
Abilities:
Time Pause- The ability to freeze time for a couple minutes. The more powerful he gets the longer he can freeze it.
Insect Control - The ability to communicate with insects and control them to do what you want them to.
Tobias (Male)
Abilities:
Summoning Dead - The ability to reanimate the deceased.
Telepathy - Use your mind to read thoughts and communicate with others.
Carmen (Female)
Abilities:
Energy Blasts - The power to emit powerful pillars of energy from one's body.
Electric Manipulation - Creating bolts of lightning or other forms of electrical discharge.

Abilities:
Item-Duplication - Power: The ability to create multiples of an object of one's choosing.
Ice Manipulation - Control over ice and/or snow.

Speaking With The Dead - Having an open line of communication with the deceased.

History:
Born and raised as the 13th and youngest child of the Demon King and Queen, he was raised to have the ambition and to be ruthless in his endeavors to take over the throne and take it away from his siblings who also would be fighting for the throne. That was how it was determined who the next heir would be.
Baldur much like his other siblings doesn't have much of a care for those that are 'beneath him' and it's hard to tell who he considered as such. The only people he might care for are those who work for him through various means he might treat differently. But normally it's almost everyone except his parents, for obvious reasons. He was also raised during a war between angels and demons, which had been going on for as long as he could remember.
He joined in the war when he was 16, killing many an angel and enjoying licking the blood from his hand afterward. It was something he was raised to do and honestly enjoyed. Though he didn't always kill them. If an angel was of a certain rank, he would take them in and torture them for information, another thing that he had been taught for the upcoming battled between his siblings.
- What Baldur doesn't know is he is 1/4th Angel and is the reason why the rest of the family try there hardest to make his life hell without him knowing. He just saw it as a challenge and made him want to work harder to impress his father and take up the throne as a way to make him proud.
- As a child because of his angel side Baldur always was known to show positive emotions and empathy, which was the major reason why he was always picked on. Baldur at the time wasn't happy with the way he was treated but slowly grew to be more cold hearted and block off emotion as a way to stop it as well as the mentioned challenge.
Powers:
- Fire: He has the ability to control fire. It also doesn't hurt him and can be used to instead heal him. It's an ability only he has in his family as every demon is born with a unique ability. Think of it like the Persona games. You have Persona's who either null a certain element or absorb it. Baldur absorbs.
- Demon of Bad Luck: Baldur was given the title of Demon of Bad Luck because he is the 13th and last child of the family. 13 even in this world is always a sign of bad luck. But Baldur used it as a gift as it does come with unique abilities only he can use along with his born trait. Such as if he touches someone he can cause them to have bad luck for however long he decides, but only if he decides to. He can also touch someone without anything happening should he choose not to.
- Transformation - Baldur himself can transform into two different forms. His demon form which he doesn't use that much and a Black Cat, an unlucky charm to some, keeping with his theme of bad luck.
- Magic - Baldur is a demon as bad luck as mentioned, but also a trickster. He uses his title as a means to prank angels and other creatures. However, he can cause bad luck to happen for a few days afterward should he prank someone.
- Information gatherer: Baldur uses what knowledge he can gain, usually to blackmail people into working for him. He needs people to fight for his side.
- Increased strength and speed and also takes a lot more damage than a normal person.
World Information
Demons and Food
Demons can live off of normal food, it just doesn't fully satisfy them. Every demon, however, has one of three food sources that can fill them up and have that last for up to a week. The food sources for a demon are as follows:
Flesh: 69% of the demon population fall under this one. The flesh of any living creature in the world such as angels, halflings, fairies, mermaids, werewolves can be eaten and be rather filling.
Blood: 30% of the demon population fall under this, Baldur included. Can be mistaken for vampires, which while exist are considered halflings born from a demon and another creature.
Souls: It's a rare meal and even rare to be born to be able to eat as such. For those who don't need to, if they were to eat they will just have a weird moment for a few days. It's much like a drug to others.
Royal Family:
How one becomes the next ruler is the Demon King has as many kids as he can within a span of his reign. When the time comes when he wants to retire and pass on the torch a Battle Royale will start. However, this cannot happen until all of the heirs at least reach the age of 18.
Siblings will murder other siblings in order to become the next Ruler. When one is killed there flesh or blood depending on the type of meal they can eat as mentioned above will be eaten and giving the victor an advantage by gaining the defeated one's power. This is only something people of royal blood can do or at least it's implied to be the case, when the reality is any demon can take ones powers if they eat or drink another demon. There is a reason a rule in his world about cannibalism is in place to prevent demons from gaining too much power.)
The winner overall will have all the powers of their siblings and be close to unstoppable, thus why no one ever really tries to overthrow them. The only person who can go head to head is whoever is the ruler of the Angel Kingdom and unknown to others certain Halflings.
